Belle Vue Cottage’s sleeping accommodations consist of a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen with a lofted twin bed in the guest bedroom that will perfectly fit your family! This light-filled, recently updated 1,100 square foot cottage features a real wood-burning fireplace, two brand new bathrooms, and a professionally designed interior. Prepare a picnic in the charming full kitchen or step outside onto the 900 square feet of outdoor living space for an afternoon cookout. Additionally, the state-of-the-art kitchen is complemented with the newest appliances and amenities to fulfill your every need, as is sure to delight even the most discerning hobby chefs and foodies alike!
Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. The size was perfect for the 3 of us although could have easily accommodated more. The outdoor space was incredible and a trip in Feb meant we could go open-air for 3 of the 4 days of our trip. Bathrooms were wonderfully sized and clean upon arrival with plenty of towels. There was a full-sized stacked washer and dryer, the kitchen had all the basic things you would need for your stay. They even had our favorite ikea kids plates and cups! The host was amazing at responding to any questions I had. We even had to shift our trip a day due to an unexpected funeral and they were very understanding and accommodating for this. Luckily, the night after our original stay was not taken so it made it easy! If we ever need another quiet getaway, we would be back.

This was a lovely uncluttered house in beautiful hilltop locale. The kitchen is great. We used coffee pot and microwave. The bed linens are softest I've ever felt. The mattresses have memory foam tops. The wifi and TV channels (Prime, Netflix, Disney, Vizio free, etc.) work great. We used the fireplace with wood that had been left for the purpose and firestarter blocks that we picked up at the local grocery store, and noted that the draw works better if the fire is set far back in the firebox. There were white noise machines set up for sleeping comfort. This was perfect, since occasionally, birds would tap the window glass of the hall bath and smaller bedroom. We used the washing machine to rinse our suits after using the hot tub, and there was a mildew odor, even after using twice. We didn't find bleach or laundry soap to alleviate the problem, but brought this to the owner's attention as it is an easy fix. All in all this was a wonderful experience.

What a gorgeous place! It’s not for a big crowd- 5 to 6 people max- but it’s decorated beautifully and has literally everything you could imagine. Make sure you’re driving a vehicle that can tackle steep hills. Near to Whitewater Amphitheater. Very responsive if an issue comes up and gets right on it. Very very clean. ❤️

Stunning views and magazine worthy design made this little piece of Heaven extremely hard for us to leave! The location was perfect!!!!This home is absolutely gorgeous. Everything was decorated and cleaned to perfection upon arrival. Our only issue was that the hot tub was not serviced prior to our arrival, so when we went to get in and saw discolored water, sand and leaves inside of it…it was a bit disappointing. However, the Cozi Team was incredibly apologetic and worked diligently to get someone there to clean it as soon as possible! We were still able to enjoy it and it was so nice and relaxing. A bad storm passed through and they accommodated us with a late checkout, so that we would not be placed in harms way on our travel back home. We definitely had a hard time leaving our little version of paradise!
Things to expect: They had coffee, sugar and little salt and pepper shakers in a basket on a shelf in the kitchen. Little basics like seasoning, creamer and cooking spray will need to be purchased. There is a great little Brookshire Brothers in Canyon Lake. Our favorite place to eat was the Baja Icehouse and Grill on a peninsula in Canyon Lake. Amazing atmosphere, food and cold, tasty beverages! Do not miss driving along River Rd. down to New Braunfels, the Natural Bridge Cavern Discovery Tour or checking out the Dam at Overlook Park…these views are EVERYTHING!!!

Our kids loved the bunk beds, and getting to have their own tv in their room, and we all really enjoyed the nice hot tub overlooking the beautiful Texas hill country! Great place to stay. All communication was timely and pleasant. Amazing view from the back of the house. Currently no neighbors on either side so it has a secluded feeling. About 10 minutes from the lake and 20-30 minutes to Gruene or New Braunfels so there’s plenty to do. The hot tub at night was great after a day of walking.
We went as a couple but there’s room for a family of 4-5 depending on age. I did see a pack n play in the master closet.
The only downside I had was you couldn’t run hot water in multiple locations. Not an issue for us so it didn’t change my rating, but a family needs to be aware so you can plan accordingly.

This home was absolutely perfect! We truly enjoyed the peaceful scenery and the amenities. The kitchen, grill and fire pit were awesome. We really enjoyed the outdoor spa overlooking the hills. We absolutely loved our stay here! We enjoyed the beautiful furnishings and interior design as well as the cozy hot tub and fire pit! Watching the deer in the morning was so peaceful and we saw stars for days from the back porch. Truly a gem of a stay!!

Our stay here was AMAZING! The home is incredibly beautiful, just as advertised. The home opens up to greet you in the main room with accommodations that make you feel at home from your first step through the door. No matter whether in the living room, bedroom, bathroom, or patio, you are met with stunning views all around. Matt and Jenna have reasonable rules and are right there with answers every time you contact them. Checkout was easy with reasonable tasks that make this Airbnb feel more like a vacation and less like a chore. Overall our stay was very good! I would come back in a heartbeat! 5/5 would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Matt & Jenna’s place! They had everything we needed, even a little booster chair for our toddler. We enjoyed the hot tub on chilly nights and exploring the surrounding woodsy area. Would definitely recommend this for a quiet family getaway!

The house and the location was really beautiful! Great views of the Texas hill country. It was so peaceful to sit out on the deck at night and listen to the crickets while looking at the stars! Pretty close to all river activities/Schlitterbahn etc.
The only issue we had was when we arrived the hot tub was not clean and the water was in bad shape- we could not get in and use it. It is summertime and I understand not everyone would be looking to use the hot tub- but it was a selling point for us! That said, Cozi was super responsive when I called to let them know and they sent the property manager out to take care of the water within the hour! I really appreciated their customer care and service! I would trust that if there was ever an issue they would make sure it gets taken care of!
All in all, great stay for my family!

Beautiful home; one can’t help, but love the home. Great views and the house has everything you could need. The porch is where we spent most of our time in the hot tub and on the grill.
We never found the thermostat to change the air, the bedrooms don’t have ceiling fans, so I would bring your own if like it cool at night.
