Steeped in history dating back centuries, the ranch was once inhabited by early settlers. The surroundings of Oakridge Ranch teem with wildlife, including whitetail deer, Blackbuck antelope, Ringtail, Fallow Deer, Axis Deer, Wild Turkeys, Gray Fox, and Dove, providing a captivating view from the pool, hot tub, or the serene rocking chairs on the porch.

Bedrooms one and two also grace the lower level, with Bedroom one showcasing a King bed and Bedroom two featuring 2 queens plus a queen sofa sleeper, both are accompanied by luxurious en-suite bathrooms highlighting expansive walk-in showers.

A highlight of the home is the game room, meticulously designed to entertain all ages. Challenge your companions to a game of pool or classic arcade games, enjoy the ambiance of the jukebox, or gather around the fireplace for board games. The 98-inch Smart TV mounted above the fireplace ensures a cinematic experience for movie nights. The adjacent bar adds flair, offering ample storage for beverages and the chance to craft your favorite drinks.

Ascend the cedar stairs to the second level, revealing a second living area, full kitchen, and the third, fourth, and fifth bedrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms are equipped with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, the third bedroom includes a daybed perfect for reading your favorite book or for your little one to enjoy. In contrast, the fifth bedroom boasts a full over full bunk bed setup.
Venture outdoors to our exceptional amenities, including a pickleball and basketball court, a refreshing pool accompanied by a soothing hot tub, a BBQ grill for culinary adventures, a charming picnic table, and a covered back porch complete with an additional couch and a 98" Smart TV. Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $155 will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them. There is no fencing around the property.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $83.74 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. WOW is an understatement!!

Amazing place. Multiple members of my family received notifications on their phone that their phone usage was down over 25% for the week. Plenty to do, never a dull moment. Adults and kids alike were entertained as the grill cooked up some dinner. Took our golf cart and cruised the neighborhood in the morning and saw all kinds of exotic game. All in all it was a great place for good family get together and the vibe they had going on was right on point. Even the pool guy was cool.

AMAZING Stay!!!

We had an AMAZING stay at the Oakridge Ranch property in Johnson City. It's a great location with some beautiful scenery and wildlife. We used it as our home base for day trips to Fredericksburg, Marble Falls and Johnson City. The house was well air conditioned in the main rooms and in the individual quarters. There were huge TV's in the main areas and on the back porch that were great to catch soccer and basketball games and for the kids to watch movies. The bar and both kitchens were well stocked with utensils, dishes, and glassware. There wasn't anything that we needed that we did'nt find there. The kids loved playing basketball and pickleball well into the night since the area could be lit up (basketballs and pickleball set provided.) The hot tub heated quickly and the pool was great! The pictures on the site are spot on and give a good perspective of the entire property. 

The Customer service from Cozi was very responsive and answered all the questions we had prior to and during our stay. They even found some prescription glasses that were left behind and are sending them back to us. We will definitely be staying again!

WOW! So much fun and so much to do!

I thought the pictures were cool, but they\'re nothing compared to the real thing! So many pleasant surprises inside and out. Everyone loved the pool in the hot tub, mixing it up on the sports courts, and then evenings we hung out in the game room every night. Movies On the big screen, pool, shuffleboard, darts, board games, and the coolest part was the old School arcade console! Then we went out to the wine and whiskey rooms for cards, hanging out, And even cooling off in the vodka room! Not to mention the property which has trails everywhere!
