Looking for the perfect spot to spend your time in Fredericksburg? Come and stay in one of our cozy tiny homes; each one has its own unique style and layout. Tiny but spacious describes the home's interior. Each has a comfortable place to sit and relax and either a full kitchen or kitchenette (microwave & Refrigerator only) for making a delicious snack or meal. Outside you have your own private patio to take in the stunning sunset while sipping on a glass of wine. What are you waiting for? Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. Great place for our Girls Trip! Loved location, EDGE Tasting Room was excellent! Convenient to Main Street Restaurants/Shopping. Our stay was everything we had hoped for! Host was extremely attentive to a few questions/concerns and was great to know they were a text message away with no delay in reply! Would highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary. It was such an amazing location! It’s about a 3 min walk from the winery on-site or a 1 min drive. The home was clean and the host were super quick to respond with any questions we had! Parking is directly across from the house so it was easy to unload and load! We’ll be staying here again for sure!
