Looking for the perfect spot to spend your time in Fredericksburg? Come and stay in one of our cozy tiny homes; each one has its own unique style and layout. Tiny but spacious describes the home's interior. Each has a comfortable place to sit and relax and either a full kitchen or kitchenette (microwave & Refrigerator only) for making a delicious snack or meal. Outside you have your own private patio to take in the stunning sunset while sipping on a glass of wine. What are you waiting for? Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. This was such a nice, relaxing trip and my husband and I were very happy to have a cozy, clean place to rest and recharge. While the code for entry did not work as initially intended, a quick phone call and Cindy was able to help us get in and feel safe when we locked/opened our door. Cabin 14 was spacious, had gread amenities, good walking distance to the yee-haw outfitters and the edge tasting room. Quiet, quaint, and absolutely lovely stay. Thanks again to all the staff the kept us informed: Alejandro, Cindy, and Julio! Please know that yall helped make this trip more comfortable.
